Project Deposits

For certain services, a deposit may be required before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve project time and cover the initial planning and preparation required for your project.

Work will begin only after agreement on the project scope and confirmation of payment terms.
 

Project Cancellations

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client may be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the point of cancellation.
 

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started or services have been delivered. Website development and related services involve time, planning, and technical work that cannot be reversed once completed.
 

Revisions and Adjustments

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed scope of the project. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.
 

Delayed Communication

Timely communication from clients is important for project completion. If a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period of time, the project may be paused until communication resumes. Projects inactive for long periods may require rescheduling or a restart fee.
 

Service Completion

Once a project has been completed and delivered, the service is considered fulfilled. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or additional work may require a separate agreement.
 

Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
